To celebrate the first anniversary of Thrive Forward Coaching, three complete individual deep sessions will be available at the special anniversary price of £170.

These are not shortened introductory appointments. Each person will receive the complete TFC session, lasting approximately two and a half hours, with time for meaningful exploration, clarity and direction.

For these three sessions, TFC will contribute half of the usual cost as its first-anniversary gift.

Booking period

Bookings open at 00:00 BST on 1 August 2026 and close at 23:59 BST on 31 August 2026.

The anniversary arrangement will close earlier if all three sessions are purchased.

The session itself may take place between 1 August and 1 November 2026, subject to suitability and availability.

TFC First-Anniversary Session Terms

Availability

This anniversary arrangement is limited to three complete individual deep TFC sessions.

One anniversary session is permitted per person. The arrangement cannot be combined with another discount, referral code, package price or promotion.

Price and payment

The anniversary price is £170. The usual price of the session is £340.

Payment must be made in full before the session is secured. An enquiry or suitability conversation alone does not reserve one of the three places.

Suitability must be confirmed and payment received by 23:59 BST on 31 August 2026, unless TFC confirms otherwise in writing.

Session duration and delivery

Each session will last approximately two and a half hours.

The delivery format and appointment date will be agreed before payment. All sessions are subject to TFC’s availability.

Further sessions

The £170 anniversary price applies only to the client’s first session under this anniversary arrangement.

If the client wishes to continue working with TFC after the anniversary session, and both parties agree that further sessions are appropriate, subsequent sessions will be charged at the standard price applicable at the time of booking.

The anniversary price does not create an entitlement to discounted follow-up sessions and cannot be applied to another service or package.

Rearranging an appointment

The client may rearrange the anniversary session once by providing at least 48 hours’ written notice.

The replacement appointment is subject to availability and must ordinarily take place on or before 1 November 2026.

A second request to rearrange may be refused. TFC may use its discretion in exceptional circumstances.

Late cancellation and non-attendance

If the client cancels with less than 48 hours’ notice or does not attend, the session will normally be treated as used, subject to the client’s statutory rights and applicable consumer law.

Any amount retained will reflect the appointment time reserved and losses reasonably incurred by TFC.

Statutory cancellation rights

Where the session is purchased online, through WhatsApp, by telephone or through another distance-selling method, the client may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of entering into the booking contract.

If the client requests an appointment within that 14-day period, TFC must obtain their express agreement for the service to begin before the cancellation period has expired.

Nothing in these terms affects the client’s statutory consumer rights.

If TFC must cancel

If TFC has to cancel the appointment, the client may choose a suitable replacement date.

If an appropriate replacement appointment cannot be agreed, the amount paid will be refunded.

Nature of the service

TFC provides structured clarity coaching and, where appropriate, spiritual guidance.

The session is not therapy, counselling, medical treatment or legal advice. Clients remain responsible for their own decisions and actions.

Acceptance of the terms

I expressly request that TFC provide my session before the end of the statutory 14-day cancellation period. I understand that if the service is fully performed during that period, I may lose my statutory right to cancel once the session has been completed.
