I ask you to send to my aid throughout the day your highest masters, so that they guide me and teach me.

I ask you for forgiveness for all the wrongs I have been making, and I will continue to make.

I want you to know that I love you and I respect you. I now ask you for healing for every single person and their extended loved ones who are reading this beautiful morning message.
