A little hello from my favourite office this week. ☀️

The UK is still being blessed with a very long heatwave and I am doing my best to enjoy it whenever I can.

I've barely managed to visit the sea this year, but I have been making the most of the sunshine, whether that's cooking outside, spending time in the garden, enjoying my tiny paddling pool, or simply slowing down for a few moments between work and writing.

Life at the moment feels very much like "one day at a time." There isn't a grand plan for every day. Things are unfolding naturally, and for once, I'm allowing myself to enjoy that.

At Thrive Forward Coaching, we continue to work quietly behind the scenes. We're organising appointments, improving systems, reviewing feedback, and preparing new projects that will be released over the coming months.

I also wanted to remind you that I am available for sessions.

If you are based in Greater Manchester, face-to-face sessions are available in Salford and Sale.

If you are elsewhere in the UK, online sessions remain available, and we can discuss face-to-face options where appropriate.

I currently have a small number of appointments available over the next two weeks, and regular bookings will resume from the first week of August.

I would also love to hear from you.

Whether you have read a blog post, one of the books, attended a session, or simply follow the work from a distance, please feel free to email me, send a message, or join the TFC WhatsApp Channel - 07955331663.

Thank you for continuing to read the blog, support the work, and share this journey with me.

As a small thank you, I have two paperback books available to gift. If you would like one, send me an email and tell me which title you would prefer:

📚 The Return To Self
📚 After The Return II

I will choose two readers and send them by post.

Before I go, a gentle reminder:

Please enjoy the weather.

Stay hydrated.

Rest when you need to.

Protect your energy.

Your energy influences how you think, how you feel, how you respond to life, and how clearly you can see your next step.

And most importantly, allow yourself to enjoy the small things.

The sunshine, the moment you're living right now.

Thank you for being here.

With love,

Marcia
