WARNING…. MARKETING POST!!!!!!

Sometimes you read one of my blog posts and recognise something in yourself. A feeling, a pattern, a question you have been carrying around for a while.

Then what?

That is one reason I created the TFC guides, books and written learning materials. They give you somewhere to continue, with explanations, reflections and exercises you can work through in your own time.

You don’t have to book a private session to begin exploring your questions. You can start with a £7 guide.

What would be useful to you right now?

If you reach the end of the day with your thoughts still going around in circles, Quiet Reset — Going Backwards Through the Day offers a structured way to look back and reflect on what you have been carrying.

If you are struggling with not knowing what comes next, When Nothing Feels Certain invites you to explore uncertainty and how you respond to it.

If there is a decision sitting in front of you, Clarity in Transition — A Decision-Making Guide gives you a structure for organising your thoughts.

Perhaps you keep putting other people’s expectations ahead of your own needs. Quiet Boundaries (For Women) explores boundaries, pressure and personal change.

Or perhaps guilt and shame keep returning whenever you try to move forward. Allowing Yourself to Move Forward gives you space to reflect on those feelings.

Each of these guides is £7. Choose the one that speaks to your circumstances. You don’t need to buy everything.

If you want to explore further

The Return to Self — £15 explores identity, emotional honesty and reconnecting with yourself beyond the roles and expectations you carry.

After the Return II: On Love and the Capacity for Relationship — £17 examines the responsibility and capacity involved in sustaining a relationship.

Please give yourself time to use what you choose

I know how easy it is to download something with good intentions and leave it sitting in a folder. I have done it too.

Open it. Read a little. Write something down. Question a sentence. Put it aside and return when you have space.

You don’t have to finish everything in one sitting. You don’t have to agree with every word I write, either. What matters is taking time to consider what is useful to you.

These materials are for reflection and education. They don’t replace professional support when you need it, and buying one doesn’t commit you to any further TFC service.

If you would like to begin, have a look through the collection.
