Contacting TFC

If you are feeling overwhelmed and would like somebody to listen, you are welcome to send TFC a written message by email or WhatsApp. You do not need to purchase or book a service simply to contact us.

TFC is a small team. Our email and WhatsApp are not monitored continuously, and we cannot guarantee an immediate response. We are not an emergency service, crisis line, medical service or substitute for the police. Where appropriate, we may listen, provide general information and help you identify an established organisation or official service that may be able to support you.

Please contact us only when it is safe to do so, particularly if somebody else has access to or monitors your telephone, email or online activity.

If you or another person is in immediate danger, call 999.

If you need police assistance but the situation is not an emergency, call 101.

If you need urgent physical or mental-health assistance that is not life-threatening, contact NHS 111.

You may send TFC a written message using our existing contact details. We will reply when a member of our small team is available.
